Brio Hotel is definitely one of my favorite hotels in Taiwan. All the staffs are helpful and courteous. We were very pleasantly surprised the hotel provide good snacks: many different types of crackers but my favorite were delicious coconut crackers and chocolate ice-cream, all kind of juices, fancy coffee machine…all 24/7 and light appetizer for late afternoon and late evening with delicious chicken salad, spicy tomato angel hair pasta and few others. Another favorite was Brio bedding: softest and smoothest sheets I have ever encountered in Hotels. Location was excellent right by metro.

Perfect location. Just a few steps away from the subway station and opposite to the beautiful Central Park. I was choosing between this hotel and another international brand hotel on the same street when I was planning this trip, and it proved that I had made the right choice. Hotel wow guests with a lot of perks, welcome donuts were offered upon check-in. Complimentary fresh cucumber slices and facial masks were served in the room. Breakfast at the rooftop restaurant was great, non-buffet style with pretty good varieties and quantity, nice environment and good service. The snack bar is opened most of the time during the day, free for hotel guests, facilities were maintained very clean and tidy although not being attended. Decent room size with nice amenities, love the slippers. Hotel encourages guests to be eco-friendly and offers free gifts when cleaning is not required. Housekeeping efficiently sent in clean towels within 5 mins after I made the calll. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Hotel very near Central Park station abt 200m. Hotel staffs were all very helpful & polite. Upon check-in had little gift and on Xmas day had a little gift hanging in our room door, such gestures makes guests feel welcome. Breakfast was great- set menu and beef was really delicious. Big thumbs up to all service staffs at roof top restaurant were all very helpful, courteous and cheerful. Hotel offers free snacks for all hotel guest 3 times a day which personally thought was wonderful treat. Only thing that stop me from giving 5 star was because housekeeping didn’t do a good job with cleaning of toilet. Hairs and tissue papers were still found after their cleaning. Overall

The hotel was very clean and comfortable, the staff were very warm and friendly. Being right by the station made it convenient for getting around via public transport. There were really nice personal touches at the hotel such as a welcome hotel anniversary gift, local snack was brought to our room on arrival and refreshing cucumber water masks for before bed which were great. We were even lucky enough to get an upgrade on arrival and got a room with a bath which I would definitely recommend booking, it was perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring.

Brio Hotel is definitely a must-try! The staff there are incredibly enthusiastic and welcoming. Even before checking in, we were informed about the unique design on each floor. We even had to search for our room number on the floor, as the reception desk reminded us that the room numbers were on the floor. It was such a special and thoughtful design. The amenities in the room were also very considerate. They provided facial masks and cucumber slices, and the beverages were complimentary! One of my friends is a coffee enthusiast, and seeing the drip coffee wasn't surprising, but the highlight was the pour-over coffee pot. It was the first time I had seen one in any hotel I've stayed at.

The location is good , it takes few walks to MRT central park Station exit 3. The staff is helpful and nice. The room interiors design is beautiful , different floor has different theme. Though some of rooms have no view, it won't disappoint me too much. I am impressed for the roof top restaurant "The lookout" , I have a good time with my family in there. Hotel provides free afternoon tea and night snacks while I stay. The food is nice and yummy. We are very happy and impressed to stay in Brio Hotel.

Initially I didn't expect as much but when we check-in to the hotel the concierge gave us little insights of the hotel. Lots of free complimentary food and drinks. They have snack bar which you can eat as much as you can with an allocated time frame. The morning breakfast is really great, lots of choices to make. The room is big can fit 3 luggages fully open. The bed is very comfy and massive, it's like you can fit 5 more people into 1 bed. Very close to central park train station. There's a night market close by as well. Lots of local street foods there. There's a 24hr cafe outside of the front entrance of the hotel.

- location is great: near to Bars, night markets, Metro Station.. - staff was very friendly, their english could have been better but Google translator solves all communication issues - many parking lots for scooters in front of hotel - room was very clean - Bar with Snacks and ice cream in the lobby was for free

Nicely designed hotel with thoughtful features — complementary snack bar at lobby, lookout restaurant, and little surprise gift upon check in. Staff was attentive and helpful. Location was also perfect since it’s close to the subway station. It’s a small hotel that’s efficiently ran. I would love to come back again.

Location was close to the metro line which was convenient to get anywhere. Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly but the best part was the free snacks in the lobby, at various hours they would serve hors d’oeuvres, drinks, ice cream and a variety of cookies and crackers.
